Kinnaird House notes
Once again it is time to write the latest reports of the House. This year we did not do quite so well in boxing as we did last year, but still, we lost a good lot of our best boxers when they went to the Seniors. We are doing quite well at football this season, although we may not obtain the cup. In our House we are sorry to lose the following boys, who will become Seniors at Easter: Robert Angel, William Boyd, Thomas Carrier, John Medland, Paul Kelbie, Frederick Fossey and Sidney Cann, but we welcome in Patrick Beresford and Trevor Carrier. Well, we hope to do well at cricket and also at athletics. I don't know if we will get anywhere in swimming this year because we have lost all of our best swimmers. We welcome Mr. and Mrs. Jones from Yorkshire. This is their first time in Barnardo's so we wish them luck. Lastly, we wish Mr. and Mrs, Wheatley and all the staff a very happy Easter.
