Due to a change by most Banks that now make a charge monthly on the Goldings Account, and other
accounts of a similar nature, coupled with other charges for issuing a cheque we approached many Banks
and it appears that they all do this. The charge was £5.25 per month, plus a charge for any cheques that a
re sent or transactions. We feel that this is unfair as the account is only small and could be an unnecessary
drain on our funds. I have written to the Bank but to date no reply!
To get round this charge I had to open a new account in Mr. D. J. & Mrs. M. E. Blower which doesn’t
have any charges but is totally separate from our personal account!
Any donations or cheques for Goldings will have to be made out as a above, and a receipt for this will
be returned to the sender, also donations will be displayed on our web site once they are banked.
